Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone else. zc8888 will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected].
zc8888 may request identity verification documents at any point — including on initial registration, before processing a withdrawal or when account activity triggers a review. Standard verification may require a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method in use. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
All transactions on zc8888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and PKR 500 for bank transfers and cards. These minimums are subject to change and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may trigger a security review. zc8888 does not accept deposits made from business accounts, joint accounts or third-party wallets not registered in your name.
Deposit funds are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases where a delay occurs, it will be resolved within one business day. If a deposit is not reflected within 24 hours, contact support with your payment reference number.
zc8888 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified PKR account in your own name. zc8888 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
VIP members at Silver tier and above benefit from a priority withdrawal queue. Platinum and Diamond tier members are processed on the same day.
Withdrawals cannot be processed while bonus wagering requirements are outstanding. If you have an active bonus with remaining playthrough, the withdrawal will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited. You can review outstanding wagering requirements in your account settings.
Standard account holders have a defined daily PKR withdrawal ceiling. VIP members have access to higher limits based on their tier — Gold tier doubles the standard ceiling, Platinum raises it 2.5 times and Diamond operates at three times the base. Limits are reviewed and updated at each VIP tier transition.
Withdrawals that pass verification checks are approved without unnecessary delay. We do not manufacture processing delays or create obstacles for routine withdrawal requests.
zc8888 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general conditions below.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering is calculated from real-money bets; bets placed with bonus funds may count at a reduced rate depending on the game category.
Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically exploiting bonus structures through low-variance betting patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of associated accounts. zc8888 uses automated systems to detect abnormal bonus-related wagering patterns.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings cannot be reinstated.
Cashback credited through the VIP program is calculated on net losses across a rolling weekly period. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements and is credited directly to the real money balance. Full cashback rates by tier are described in the VIP section.
Always read the specific terms of any promotion before opting in. If you deposit intending to use a bonus and the bonus terms do not suit your play style, you may opt out of the bonus before wagering begins.
All casino game outcomes on zc8888 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by physical dealing and spinning in a real studio environment. Game results are final once confirmed. Technical glitches that affect a game session will be reviewed and resolved in line with the platform's fair play policy — in most cases resulting in the session being voided and the stake returned.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results certified by the ICC or the relevant national board. Bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent official result is declared. In-play bets accepted after a definitive event (a wicket, a goal) but before the platform updates are not voided — settlement is based on the state of the market at the time the bet was accepted.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before a bet is placed. Maximum win limits may also apply on specific games and are stated within the game rules.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, and no outstanding wagering requirements exist, any real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
